Terms of service

1. Who can use Vidform

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• Use a real email address and keep it up to date; we send receipts and important notices there.
• You are responsible for everything that happens in your account. Keep your password private and turn on two-factor authentication.
• An account is for one person. Teams use the workspace and team features instead of sharing a login.
• If you use Vidform for a company, you accept these terms on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

2. What you are buying

Vidform is an online software service. Plans and top-ups give you digital credits, which you spend inside the Vidform app to make videos, ebooks, websites and other content. Credits are added to your account immediately after payment, which is when the service is delivered.

At checkout you confirm that you agree to these terms and the documents named above; that agreement, with its date and time, is part of each purchase. Payments are processed by our checkout partner, Whop. Whop’s own terms also apply when you pay. Prices are shown at checkout; VAT or sales tax is added where it applies.

3. Immediate delivery and the right of withdrawal

By completing a purchase you ask us to deliver the digital service immediately and you expressly agree that it starts at once. You acknowledge that, as a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the credits are added to your account.

We confirm this in the receipt email we send after each purchase. This does not affect your other legal rights, including your rights if the service is faulty.

4. Credits

• When a video starts, its credits are held; you pay only for the minutes actually made.
• If a video fails, or we refuse its topic, all of its credits return to your account automatically.
• If you stop a video after its script is written, 20% of its credits pay for the research and writing; the rest returns.
• Plan credits belong to their billing period and don’t roll over. Top-up credits expire 30 days after purchase. Credits that expire soonest are spent first.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.

5. Subscriptions, renewals and cancelling

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Whop account or in Vidform under Settings → Billing. After cancelling you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the period you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Refunds are covered by our return policy.

6. Payment disputes

If something is wrong with a payment or a video, contact us first at support@vidform.ai; we fix billing mistakes quickly. We keep records of every purchase, credit added, credit used and piece of content delivered to your account, with dates and times. If you open a chargeback for credits that were delivered and used, we may suspend the account while the dispute is resolved and share those records with the payment provider and your bank.

7. What you can and can't make

You agree not to create, upload or publish anything that:

• breaks the law or infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• shows real, identifiable people in realistic scenes that never happened, or invents quotes for them;
• is about a private individual rather than a public figure or matter of public record;
• is sexual, or involves minors in stories about crime or sex;
• promotes hatred or violence, harasses, threatens or defames anyone;
• gives dangerous instructions, makes false claims of credentials or results, or spreads misinformation;
• copies another creator’s videos or scripts or passes their work off as yours.

If you upload your own face or voice, you confirm it is yours or that you have the person’s permission. AI personas are fictional; you must not present them as real people with real credentials.

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, get around its limits or safety checks, access other accounts, or scrape, copy or resell Vidform. We may refuse a topic, stop a generation or remove content that breaks these rules.

8. Your content

You keep the rights to what you bring to Vidform (topics, scripts, uploads). You let us store and process it only to run the service and make your content.

The videos, ebooks and sites you make are yours to download, edit, sell and publish, including on YouTube. Some parts come from third parties, such as licensed stock and AI models, whose licenses apply to those parts. When you publish, follow each platform’s rules, including labels for AI or synthetic content.

We never use what you made in public examples without your permission.

9. AI and accuracy

Vidform uses AI to research, write, voice and illustrate. AI can get facts wrong or produce something unexpected. Review your content before you publish it; you are responsible for what you publish.

10. Selling through your own store

If you connect your own Whop or other store to sell ebooks or products, those sales are between you and your buyers. Vidform does not hold that money and is not the seller; you are responsible for your own products, refunds and taxes.

11. Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features, AI models and plans. If a change significantly affects a plan you paid for, we’ll email you first. We work to keep Vidform running but can’t promise it is always available or free of errors.

12. Suspending or closing accounts

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@vidform.ai. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn’t pay, opens unjustified disputes, or puts the service or others at risk. Where reasonable, we warn you first and give you a chance to download your content.

13. Liability

Vidform is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

You agree to cover claims and costs that arise from content you create or publish with Vidform, or from breaking these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Vidform after that, the updated terms apply.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and disputes go to the courts of Varna, Bulgaria, unless the law where you live lets you bring a claim there instead.
