End user license agreement

1. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Vidform for your own or your business’s content creation, for as long as your account is in good standing and within the limits of your plan and credits.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code or models of Vidform, except where the law expressly allows it;
• resell, sublicense, rent or provide Vidform as a service to others, or build a competing product from it;
• access Vidform by automated means other than the official API/MCP connector, or exceed its rate limits;
• remove the AI-persona disclosures, or the “Made with VidForm” line unless your plan or a paid unlock lets you turn it off;
• use Vidform to break the law or the content rules in our terms of service.

3. Ownership

Vidform, its software, design, models, templates and brand belong to Vidform and its licensors. No rights are given except those in this agreement.

The output you create (videos, ebooks, websites, scripts) belongs to you, subject to third-party licenses for included parts such as stock media and AI models.

4. Accounts, API tokens and connectors

Personal access tokens and connected AI apps act as you, with the permissions you give them. Keep tokens secret; you are responsible for actions taken with them. You can revoke them at any time.

5. Updates

We may update or change the software at any time, including features and AI models. Some updates may be required to keep using the service.

6. Termination

This license ends when your account is closed, or if you break this agreement or the terms of service. You may download your content before closing; after termination you must stop using Vidform.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited as set out in the terms of service. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

8. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Bulgaria; disputes go to the courts of Varna, Bulgaria, unless your local law gives you another forum.
