It depends mostly on the length of your video. Every plan includes credits you can use across the platform, and larger plans lower your cost per minute while giving you more credits. You can always buy more credits whenever you need them.

Credits are used whenever you generate content, based on the length of the finished video. Different parts of a video, like presenter scenes and generated shots, can use different amounts depending on what you're creating. You'll always see the cost before you generate.

If a generation fails due to a technical issue, the credits used for it are automatically returned to your account.

Yes. Your credits work across your whole account, so you can use them for as many personas and channels as you like. There's no limit on how you split them.

Yes. If you run low, you can top up with extra credits anytime from your account. Your plan stays the same, and the new credits are ready to use straight away.

You'll see the length and the credits it will use before anything is generated, so there are no surprises. If you don't have enough credits, you can top up first.

Vidform is available worldwide. You'll need your own account to sign up, and you're responsible for the content you publish.

Both give you the same features and minutes. Yearly is billed once a year and gives you two months free compared to paying monthly. Your credits still come, and reset, every month.

Yes. You can upgrade anytime and your new plan starts right away. Your new plan's credits start that day. Unused credits don't carry over: a plan's credits expire at the end of each billing period, and top-up credits 30 days after you buy them. If you move to a smaller plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.

You can, but we don't recommend it. Everyone would be using the same login and credits, and you're responsible for everything created on your account. If you work with a team, contact us and we'll help you find the right setup.
