Return policy

1. Digital delivery

Credits are added to your account immediately after payment. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day EU/EEA/UK right of withdrawal once the credits are delivered.

2. Credits are returned automatically

• A video that fails, or whose topic we refuse: all of its credits return to your account.
• A video you stop after its script is written: 80% of its credits return (20% pays for the research and writing).
• You pay only for the minutes actually made; any unused part of a hold returns.
• Credits returned after their expiry date stay usable for 7 more days.

3. Money refunds

Because the service is delivered immediately, payments are not refunded once credits have been added, except:

• where the law requires a refund;
• a duplicate or mistaken charge;
• a payment for a plan or credits you never received;
• a technical fault on our side that we can’t fix, where you haven’t used the credits from that payment.

To ask for a refund, email support@vidform.ai within 14 days of the payment with your account email and the payment date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop, usually within 5–10 business days. The credits that payment added are removed from your account.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; you keep the plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for and won’t be charged again. We email you a reminder a few days before each renewal of a monthly or yearly plan.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We keep records of every purchase and of the credits used and content delivered. If a chargeback is opened for credits that were delivered and used, we may suspend the account during the dispute and provide those records to the payment provider.
